I asked him for his card once more and he said I’ll get you one, when I went to follow him inside he informed me to not follow him and I was no longer welcome in this establishment. I could not believe I was being kicked out of an establishment for asking for a manager’s card.I have never had such an experience in a restaurant.As soon as our food came I saw the hair sitting on top of my grilled chicken. The cook in the kitchen has red dreadlocks and likes to wear them out. My husband spoke to the manager and he really didn’t seem to care. The manager could have offered a discount or comp meal for the trouble. Reply we had the worst experience ever at the new uniontown,chilis,first the waitress was not good at all but i can deal with that ,i ordered fajitias,after eating a few bited i realized it tasted like burnt rust i tild my husband here i look down my skillet is conpletly rusted and my grease was all orange and br8wn from it along with my chicken and rice and I mean bad ! it started to make my stomach sick as I went to the restroom my 6 yr old daughter followed on the way back the floors were so slippery and greasy she slipped fell tryed to catch her self on the table knocked a plate on top of her and shattered everywhere food and condiments every where , I always fell trying to catch her ,if all this was bad enough the girl cleaning and rolling silver were was talking to the table next to us so loud and cursing and carrying on we couldn’t even have a nice dinner ,it’s one thing guest having a good time but come on 45 mins to a hour even during there dinner she didn’t leave do you guys pay them for this ?

When the waitress came back out with my mom’s steak she inquired how everything was and I informed her that the burger was pure grease and tasted horrible.

She offered to fix the situation but I really didn’t want to wait for another meal to be cooked and brought out since everyone at the table would pretty much be done with their food and I didn’t want to be eating alone.

Reply My night at Chilis on the corner of Bell and N. We arrived at Chilis and where seated right away, not the first time we have been to Chilis, which my parents are avid fans of their 2 for $22 deals, especial their steaks which the absolutely love.

We were served right away and had our drinks in no time at all, our waiters came back a couple minutes later and took our orders and had a great attitude, extremely sweet and attentive.

then 5 minutes later she came with my salad and shoved to me with”here’s your garden salad”…we still waited another 5 mins for the chilli……then it was another 20 mins till our dinners came out and my order was not what asked for and her under the breath comment was “sorry I didn’t dissect your burger…that I was boiling …..several other ppl came in and were served their dinner as we waited….another table had to ask another server for napkins and had a different server had to bring their dinner ….clearly this is not a business she should be in …mgr offered us coupons …but waited till we already pd to say ” o I Didn’t want you to pay”…should have stated that at his first visit to our table….

Reply The manager at the Sandy UT restaurant has made comments that are completely unacceptable and disgusting and have been audible to customers sitting near the kitchen doors.

Our waitress was excellent, the atmosphere was great. Now my husband says we can never go back to any Chillies again. they gave me a empty box ,swear to god ..5hen while my husband is carrying our daughter out so she don’t fall again he almost falls catches himself on the wall and cash register , I am just in I have never ever had such a bad dinner experience like this in my life the manager or server did not seem as concerned or apologetic as they should have been all the other guest were more than they were that s sad I live chili’s in Pittsburg great food ,but never ever again will we go back to uniontown chili’s ,it was unacceptable ,very !

Reply I was dinning at the Chilis Bar and Grill in Philadelphia Pa on Oregan Avenue in South Philadelphia my son and I sat down at pm at I got up and told the hostess who apologized but didn’t attempt to get the manager or rectify the situation I really can’t believe it and I dine with you guys at least 4-5 times a month with my kids and wife I really have mixed feelings on returning again to spend my hard earned dollar. On Wednesday night on Sept the 20th my parents treated my wife and I for dinner.
