&user=xxxx&pwd=xxxx) will not work in ie, chrome, firefox, edge or action tiles.I am not sure what I am missing, but I would appreciate any feedback from the community. I can see from their support that a JPEG image from the camera does have a URL address...I'm assuming the answer is yes?I used this site for encoding: https:// It works for video too but while I can see the video on the "My Media" test, I can't get it to display on the actual panel. Overall, I'm very happy with this product and bought two licenses (one for each of my hubs).

When I close the larger view, IP Webcam does not decrement the video connections back to 1.

In fact, each time I open a camera in larger view, it creates a new IP Webcam stream, but the stream never goes away.

I tried importing Image Capture but the tile doesn't seem to do anything.

I've also tried using the image URL approach, but this only works for a short time until my browser logs out of Nest and the URL no longer works.

All the literature said to do this: The above did not work for me!

Pasting the above worked great in a Chrome browser but not in IE or Edge. I did not get any image either in My Media or on the panel. I had to encode the username and password into base64 and append to the end like this: After a few days I can end up with 5 or 6 streams, multiplied by 4 cameras, and the network gets laggy. If I close the Action Tiles browser tab, then the "Video connections" finally decrement back to 0, so something in Action Tiles is keeping old video streams alive. This lets me see an image of my cameras in the Smart Things app, but when I look in Action Tiles, it shows only two capabilities: Switch and Image Capture.I have a video stream that stops updating after a while.. using on Fully Kiosk on an Android Nexus 7 gen one tablet.. I use old Android phones running IP Webcam as security cameras in my camp - they're great because they have Wi Fi, a camera, a battery backup, and they're free. Each one is available on the local network and also is port-forwarded through the router on a unique port.So I'm looking to buy a camera, but I have a couple requirements: A) Must have local storage (I don't want to mess with any clouds, Blue Iris, or NVRs)B) Must work with Smartthings, more specifically I just want be able to have it record to local storage when a contact sensor is opened. I would prefer a live view directly from action tiles.
